Hi Res Photo DVD Request Form
Please fill out your information and I will gladly send you a DVD with all the images from the photo booth in hi resolution. I will accompany the disk with a note giving you permission to print them for yourself as well. I will send the disk first class mail within 48hours of receiving your info. What's the catch? The only catch is that I will send you e-mails in the future that share my art and vision with you as well as special offers to try my services for yourself. If you decide at any point that you would like to opt out of receiving e-mails you will have a chance to; also I will not share your information with anyone.
